Our activity takes place in major retail venues and the largest consumer exhibitions.

We provide direct selling, experiential and consumer education solutions.

Every year we acquire tens of thousands of new customers for our various Clients by our sales agents educating consumers on the benefits of becoming loyal to the brands we represent.

We are a unique quality driven business only targeting the profile of customer that each of our Client’s require. Whether it be by social economic group, age, income or dwelling status we ensure that the delivered customer is exactly what the Client has given us in their brief.

  • Richard Blane - Founder and Managing Director

    Richard Blane – Founder and Managing Director

    Richard founded Field Marketing Services Ltd in 2004 after indentifying a demand within the UK marketplace for an outsourced marketing agency that could represent major brands who wanted to connect with new customers and always be confident that they were achieving high quality sales and brand representation without any compromise to their proprietary business.

    This demand has been proven and FMS has since grown from a fledgling business to achieving  yearly revenues in excess of a million pound per annum and long term representation contracts with global brands. Along the way we acquired an estimated 50,000 new customers for the brands we have represented and now have visibility of over half a million customers per week from the venues that we occupy.

    As the sole owner of the company, Richard's continued goal is to keep delivering a great quality and innovative service to both Clients, Suppliers and Staff alike. 

    Richard's early career started at the London office of the International Advertising Agency Young and Rubicam in 1989 as a TV Buyer and Planner within the Media Department, responsible for Clients such as Colgate Palmolive, United International Pictures and Mirror Group Newspapers. At just 19 years of age he was the youngest agency media buyer in London.

    Prior to founding FMS he spent 12 successful years as an EMEA Business Development Consultant initiating, developing and implementing Direct Marketing strategies for many major global blue chip companies within the Advertising, Energy, Telecom, Fundraising and Financial Services sectors.

  • Emma Drake - Operations Manager

    Emma Drake – Operations Manager

    Having previously spent a successful 10 years within the legal profession as a Conveyancing Executive for London Solicitors Emma decided to embark on a career change and joined FMS in 2008.

    Emma is responsible for all aspects of the day to day internal operational procedures of the company and takes a special interest in both the management and administration of each of the Companies Clients, whilst building excellent relationships.

  • Ashfaq Ahmed  - Head of Sales Management

    Ashfaq Ahmed – Head of Sales Management

    Following completion of his MSc in Digital Communication Networks, Ashfaq joined FMS as a sales consultant in March 2006 and was awarded his current role in December 2008.

    Today Ashfaq continues to be instrumental in the management, training and development of the company’s sales consultants and has been involved in almost all of the many programs that the company has worked on during his time with FMS.

  • Rory Lapham - European Sales Manager

    Rory Lapham – European Sales Manager

    With over 15 years of direct sales experience, Rory joined FMS as a sales consultant in Ireland in 2007, where since thousands of new customers have been acquired for various clients.

    Thereafter, he has represented FMS throughout the UK, Netherlands and Scandinavia. Now based full time in Europe he is placed to assist FMS with its expansion throughout the territory.
